Production Planning Manager

Report to : Manager

Position type : Permanent (New)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for factory planning and lead times for all product lines; works with manufacturing management to align on factory capacity requirements; works with Supply Chain management to align on supplier capacity requirements in support of the factory build plan.
• Run MRP process.
• Trace the delivery schedule of critical material to meet the demand of production line
• Make slow moving & excess report and push related department to deal with
• Leading on MPS and production planning management
• Manage PMC KPI (OTD, DOH, inventory control and so on)
• Develop local PMC department process
• On-site management for all PMC team members
• Establish local team to run PMC individually

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline.
• 8-10 years’ industry experience in Material & Production planning.
• Greenfield/ Brownfield experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• High level proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, and SAP.
• Direct experience leading a team.
• Ability to demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
