Key Responsibilities:
✅ Production Planning & Management
- Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet output targets.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Optimize manpower allocation for maximum productivity.
✅ Budgeting & Cost Control
- Manage raw material costing and procurement to maintain cost efficiency.
- Oversee budget planning for production expenses and resource allocation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
✅ Machinery & Equipment Handling
- Supervise operations of blower machines, injection machines, capping machines, compressors.
- Ensure regular maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
- Implement process improvements to enhance machine efficiency.
✅ Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Maintain high-quality standards in production processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks to minimize defects and waste.
✅ Team Leadership & Workforce Management
- Lead and train production staff to improve skills and efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative work environment to enhance team performance.
- Address operational challenges and resolve production-related issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
