Key Responsibilities:
Medical & Scientific Support
- Serve as the medical and scientific expert for assigned products within the company’s portfolio.
- Provide clinical insights and product knowledge to internal teams, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Review and validate promotional materials, product literature, and training content for scientific accuracy and compliance.
Product Strategy & Development
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
- Contribute to product life cycle management, including updates based on new clinical evidence or regulatory requirements.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
Medical Education & Training
- Develop and deliver training programs for sales and marketing teams on product features, clinical applications, and market positioning.
- Organize medical workshops, seminars, and scientific meetings for healthcare professionals.
- Act as the company’s representative in medical conferences and industry events.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure all medical and promotional activities comply with relevant industry codes, company policies, and local regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing regulatory submissions in collaboration with the regulatory affairs team.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, industry experts, and medical associations.
- Support KOL engagement strategies to strengthen product advocacy and awareness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical affairs, product management, or related roles in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of medical and clinical data interpretation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and regulatory teams.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and training sessions.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
