Building Capabilities: Develop and roll out training programs for our medical teams (both field-based and office-based). These programs will focus on everything from patient journeys to healthcare system dynamics, often using digital learning tools. You'll also encourage sharing of best practices.
Digital Education: Lead the strategy for digital medical education, creating and improving online content and platforms for our internal teams (like Medical Science Liaisons) and external healthcare professionals, ensuring it helps improve clinical decisions and patient outcomes.
Operational Efficiency & Compliance: Ensure our medical operations run smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly. This involves setting up and monitoring processes, managing budgets, and working closely with legal and regulatory teams.
Digital Tools Champion: Promote and optimize the use of our medical systems and digital tools (like CRM and insight management platforms) to ensure teams are making data-driven decisions.
Insight & Engagement: Create systems to capture and analyze insights from the field and develop tools that help our medical teams engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) effectively.
Cross-functional Link: Act as a bridge between country medical teams and other regional departments (e.g., commercial, compliance, market access) to ensure everyone is aligned.
Continuous Improvement: Constantly look for ways to track performance, optimize processes, and innovate within the medical function to foster a culture of learning and scientific excellence.
What You'll Bring:
Strong understanding of Medical Affairs: You know medical strategy, scientific engagement, and compliance inside out.
Digital & Field Excellence: Proven experience implementing digital tools and improving field team performance.
Patient-Focused: A clear commitment to innovation that benefits patients.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.

Effective Communicator: Great at engaging stakeholders and leading.
Your Background:
Education: An advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD, PhD, or similar) is highly preferred.
Experience: At least 8 years in medical affairs or medical operations in pharma/biotech. Regional or multi-country experience in a complex organization is a big plus.
