Good Clinic is a modern healthcare facility offering both in-clinic consultations and telehealth services, aiming to redefine patient care in Malaysia.
The primary purpose of the position is to provide leadership in 2 areas:
- Provision of telemedicine services, including but not limited to general medical consultation, requesting medical and laboratory testing (if required), providing prescriptions, and other such medical services that can be conducted in a responsible manner over virtual technologies (such as Zoom, etc.).
- Provision of in-clinic medical examinations, including but not limited to life insurance examinations, general medical consultation, and other such related services that may be offered by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Medical
Telemedicine
-Provide virtual medical consultations for our employees and clients.
-Diagnose and treat common medical conditions suitable for a video consultation
-Issue e-prescription and/or e-medical certificate and advice on the medication.
-Monitor and manage the telemedicine system.
In-person
-Provide physical examinations for our employees and walk-in clients.
-Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions on-site.
-Issue prescription and/or medical certificate and advise on the medication.
- Follow the SOPs set for providing Telemedicine and In-person medical services.
- Provide appropriate recommendations and follow-up care.
- Maintain high professional standards when performing all medical duties and responsibilities.
- Adhere to and conduct good clinical practices and quality service principles as needed.
- Adhere to appropriate screening services as needed.
- Perform administrative duties such as keeping records of patient information (i.e.: medical history, reports, and examination results), all medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultations.
- To clarify and educate patients on healthcare and wellness.
- Keep up to date on clinical knowledge, medical developments, medications, and treatments.
Leadership & Management
- Work closely with the Leadership team and healthcare professional as required.
- Work in collaboration with personnel from other departments within the company to facilitate and enhance clients’/patients’ experience and medical outcomes.
- Undertaking managerial responsibilities such as planning and supervising the overall workflow of the department and staffing of the department.
- Liaise with HR on staff requirements (new recruitments) and on disciplinary issues.
- Develop, maintain, update, and enforce telemedicine and medical department SOPs.
- Assist the Leadership team with business plans.
- Manage and oversee department budget, reporting, and planning.
Compliance responsibilities
- To ensure compliance with SOP, regulations, and medical protocols.
- Keep up to date with healthcare compliance regulations to ensure the company’s procedures adhere to the necessary rules.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Medical Degree (MBBS / MD or any equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Registered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Must have complete the additional 1 to 2 years of “Khidmat Wajib” with the Government
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 3 years of working experience as Medical Doctor and general practice in clinical work.
- Candidates with prior leadership experience will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Application
- Able to work staggered shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Working Hours:
The clinic’s opening hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturdays from 8.30 am to 5 pm.
Shifts (Monday to Friday):
o Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
o Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday:
o 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
Closed: Sundays and Public Holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
