The Role:
ThoughtFull is hiring a Product Manager to drive the development and continuous improvement of our mental health platform. You’ll work cross-functionally to identify user needs, shape solutions, and deliver features that create measurable impact – across mobile, web, and backend platforms.
What you will do:
- Product Discovery & Planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, Clinical, Engineering, Ops, BD, CS) to define clear product problems and opportunities
- Conduct research, analyze data, and synthesize feedback to inform product direction
- Assist in shaping the product roadmap and prioritizing features based on impact
- Execution & Delivery
- Translate product ideas into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate with Design and Engineering teams to bring features from idea to deployment
- Participate in daily standups, planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Communication & Alignment
- Ensure alignment on goals and priorities across cross-functional teams
- Share updates with internal stakeholders on progress, timelines, and decisions
- Balance competing needs, technical constraints, and user value
- Product Optimization
- Define and track key product metrics (e.g., engagement, adoption, session usage)
- Identify opportunities for improvement through data and user feedback
- Support testing and validation (A/B tests, prototypes, feedback loops)
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in a Product Manager or Associate PM role
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with design and engineering teams in an agile environment
- Familiar with tools such as Jira, Figma, and analytics dashboards (e.g., Mixpanel, Redash)
- Bonus: experience in mental health, healthtech, or working on user-facing mobile apps
