Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full product development cycle from concept to launch.
- Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and third-party labs for formulation, testing, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee product registration and submission to relevant authorities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on pre-launch preparation, including packaging, positioning, and campaign readiness.
- Conduct product training and presentations for internal teams.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend improvements.
- Research industry trends and competitor products for continuous innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Food Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in product development, regulatory affairs, or project management (preferably in healthcare, wellness, F&B, or cosmetic industry).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented with ability to engage third-party resources effectively.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
