What You’ll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate training & HRD solutions
- Qualify leads using various methods, including cold calling, networking, and online research
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers in various industries
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work closely with our training operations team to ensure smooth program execution and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
- Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality
- Ability to connect with people and build trust quickly
- Experience in B2B sales or business development is preferred (fresh grads with the right attitude are welcome!)
- Have own car and a valid driving license
