- Attend to customers via phone, email, and e-commerce (mainly SG market).
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Provide logistical and administrative support.
- Ad hoc tasks including packing, invoicing, arranging delivery.
- Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirement:
- Attained Diploma/Degree in Business or any related field.
- Comfortable to handle calls.
- Good proficiency in English.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
