About the role
Global Precision Sales & Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Product Audiologist to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in our office in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. As a Product Audiologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing of our innovative medical devices within the pharmaceuticals and medical devices industry.
What you'll be doing
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to support the sales team in effectively promoting and positioning our medical devices
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers, ensuring they fully understand the features and benefits of our offerings
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement strategies
- Collaborate with the research and development team to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of audiology and medical devices
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations, to effectively showcase our products
- Attend industry events and conferences to network, showcase our products, and gather market intelligence
What we're looking for
- A degree in Audiology or a related healthcare field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar product specialist or technical sales role within the medical devices or pharmaceuticals industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into easily understandable terms for customers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in the field of audiology and medical devices
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients
