1. Monitor production process.
2. Control manpower.
3. Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysis and planning downtime and yield rate.
4. Plan, organize and monitor maintenance schedule.
5. Investigate production and process issue and providing technical support and training.
6. Any adhoc task assign by superior.
