Job Description:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their procurement needs and specifications.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and terms.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers to ensure they meet the company's standards.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with the finance department to reconcile invoices and payments.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services by tracking orders and liaising with vendors.
- Assist in the development of procurement strategies that are inventive, cost-effective, and consistent with business goals.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in using ERP systems (or any Resource Planning System) for procurement processes.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Adept at multitasking and managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and procedures.
