- Assist in sourcing and purchasing items
- Liaise and communicate with *Chinese-speaking suppliers* (Mandarin proficiency required)
- Coordinate and arrange transportation/logistics for goods delivery
- Monitor and follow up on order status, delivery schedules
- Work closely with outlets on stock checks and inventory updates
- Prepare and update purchase records
- Perform basic admin and filing tasks
- Support general administrative duties and *ad hoc tasks assigned by superior*
- Maintain an organized filing system
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Fresh graduate or Diploma
- Fluent in *Chinese/Mandarin*, English & Malay (spoken & written)
- Knowledgeable and excellent with Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic admin or procurement experience an advantage
- Responsible, willing to learn and multitask
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
