JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors/suppliers.
- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders, delivery and shipment schedules.
- Monitoring all purchase requisition receive from marketing /OEM customer and request for quotation and place order.
- To prepare the costing (in-house product & OEM) based on request
- Preparing report, maintaining records/documents and make sure they are up to date.
- Work closely with production department to avoid supply disruption/ issues arise.
- Monitoring and maintain the production inventories (raw materials, packaging) with planned at optimum level.
- Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors/suppliers.
- Assist R&D department to prepare a sample based on OEM customer's request.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess Diploma or Bachelor Degree in business or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Procurement & Sourcing activities.
- Good written and and communication especially in negotiating.
- Experience in ERP system and Microsoft Office will be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Can start on-duty IMMEDIATELY will be an advantage.
WORKING HOUR:
- Monday - Friday (09:00 am - 06:00 pm).
- Saturday, 2nd & 4th week (09:00 am - 01:00 pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
