1. Procurement, Sourcing & Inventory Management
- Issue purchase order, perform goods received and pick supplier invoice before pass to finance dept
- Prepare proposals and request for quotes (RFQs) from suppliers.
- Negotiate prices and terms to make sure the purchase is cost-effective
- Support the sales team by processing sales orders and handling related procurement activities.
- Perform sourcing activities and manage vendor contracts and vendor evaluation.
- Monitor suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods in line with project timelines.
- Check the month-end inventory to ensure that all purchased stock has been billed.
2. Inside Sales & Customer Coordination
- Issue quotations, sales orders, and prepare supporting documents for billing
- Handle inside sales activities to support customer needs and inquiries
- Help to verified and process subcon/partner charges for project basis
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain purchase records, contracts, and compliance documents.
- Ensure all procurement activities follow standard procedures and comply with ISO 9001:2015
4. System using
- Accounting: QNE System
- Inventory: Nexoft System
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Education
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Procurement, or related field.
- SPM with strong sales/procurement experience may be considered (for entry-level roles).
2. Experience
- 2-3 years of working experience in procurement, purchasing, or sales support roles.
- Internship or part-time experience in procurement/sales is an added advantage.
3. Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of procurement procedures (e.g., issuing POs, vendor selection, quotation comparison).
- Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP knowledge is a bonus (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
4. Language Proficiency
- Bahasa Malaysia and English (required).
- Mandarin or other dialects (advantageous, especially in supplier-facing roles).
5. Personality
- Proactive, result-oriented, and a team player.
- Willing to learn and take initiative.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
6. Other Requirements
- Willing to travel or work overtime occasionally (if needed).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
