The Procurement & Admin Executive is responsible for performing administrative and financial tasks to ensure seamless operations at Catzonia Hostails. This includes maintaining accurate records, coordinating with suppliers, logistic, e-commerce, supporting financial and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and proper organization.
- Systematically organize and maintain company files, documents, and records.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts with attention to accuracy and completeness.
- Verify daily cash and credit card collections, ensuring they reconcile with payment summaries.
- Coordinate purchase orders and payment processing with suppliers.
- Open and match payments to invoices, supporting month-end financial closings.
- Handle logistics, shipping, and e-commerce order tracking.
- Manage import documentation and customs compliance.
Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative or accounting roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong mathematical skills (minimum SPM Math grade A).
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
