Job Responsibilities:
1.Conduct training on key process requirements for production line operators and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
2.Analyze root causes of process defects and implement corrective actions;
3.Improve production yield rate, optimize Total Manufacturing Loss (TML), and drive cost-down initiatives
Qualifications:
1.College diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields;
2.Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PPT, etc.);
3.Experienced as PE technicist in Pouch Cell or Pack production line, with understanding of key process controls (e.g., cell sorting, laser welding, fastening techniques);
4 Experience in MES implementation and proficiency in SQL for data extraction is preferred.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
