Responsibilities
1. Plan and supervise the training of employees in this area.
2. Organize employees to summarize various experiences to form standard manuals.
3. Collect feedback on equipment issues related to capacity/yield loss.
4. Cooperate with ME to quickly resolve significant problems and conduct failure analysis meetings.
5. Cooperate with the supervisor to plan quality control activities in this area.
6. Collect issues related to new equipment and cooperate with ME to promote supplier improvements.
Qualifications
1.High school diploma or above.
2.Basic computer operation skills.
3.Knowledge of TPM/TQM/TWI.
4.Efficient communication skills.
OT Duration: Min 60 hours
