Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the CEO to guide and shape the school’s culture, ensuring that our values of community, responsibility, and academic excellence are reflected in everything we do.
2. Lead and support both academic and non-academic staff, in partnership with the Head of Operations.
3. Oversee the education and overall experience of students aged 6 to 18, making sure the curriculum is delivered effectively and meets high standards.
4. Ensure students benefit from a well-rounded school experience — academically, socially, and personally.
5. Promote and embrace a diverse and blended school culture, helping students gain a rich and inclusive education.

Job Duties – School Principal
1. Lead the school community in upholding and promoting the school’s values and culture.
2. Manage and support academic, non-academic, and support staff.
3. Oversee the academic progress and personal development of students aged 6 to 18.
4. Ensure effective implementation and delivery of the school curriculum.
5. Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider school community.
6. Contribute to the school’s strategic planning and development.
7. Maintain high standards of student welfare, safety, and safeguarding.
8. Foster an inclusive and culturally diverse school environment.
9. Support the professional development and wellbeing of staff.
10. Represent the school positively in all internal and external matters.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
2. Valid teaching qualification or certification.
3. Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience.
4. At least 3 years in a school leadership position.
5. Experience in an international or multicultural school setting.
6. Strong knowledge of international curricula.
7. Proven leadership and team management skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity.
10. Strong understanding of student welfare and safeguarding practices.
11. Proficiency in using digital tools and school management systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
