Job Description
This position is to support project for the department’s preparation for the Malaysian Qualifications Agency’s (MQA) Full Accreditation Compliance Assessment in 2026. It focuses on organizing evidence, aligning documentation with the Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF) and COPPA 2nd Edition standards, and ensuring the program is audit-ready to maintain full accreditation status. The intern will support the programme review and quality assurance processes by assisting with a range of tasks. These include collecting key documents such as curriculum outlines, course files, external examiner reports, and student performance data. The intern will help map this evidence to relevant COPPA criteria, draft summaries to demonstrate compliance with standards, and input information into tracking systems for internal monitoring. Additionally, they will assist in identifying gaps or outdated materials, attend meetings to take minutes, and communicate with departments to follow up on pending documentation or feedback.
