- Managing and arranging pre-admission procedures for patients, including patient management and financial coverage.
- Securing initial guarantee letters for patients' treatments, ensuring consultants complete insurance pre-admission forms.
- Communicating with patients about insurance coverage, entitlements, and managing their financial expectations.
- Coordinating pre-admission investigations as required by consultants, ensuring tests are completed before surgery.
- Informing patients of estimated treatment costs and reporting cases needing financial aid.
- Advising patients on accepted payment methods and preparing accurate treatment quotations, particularly for Radiotherapy.
- Responding promptly to business-related inquiries via WhatsApp.
