Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project based on project scope, drawings, and work packages.
- Monitor progress and update schedules periodically, ensuring alignment with actual site progress.
- Prepare recovery plans and mitigation strategies in case of delays.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to gather relevant data and ensure integrated planning.
- Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, including S-curves, histograms, look-ahead schedules, and earned value analysis.
- Conduct critical path analysis and recommend adjustments to maintain timelines.
- Manage resource allocation and manpower forecasting in coordination with relevant departments.
- Support tender submissions by preparing preliminary schedules and methodologies.
- Review subcontractors’ programmes and ensure consistency with the master schedule.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and planning standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle, construction processes, and contract management (FIDIC or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with data center or high-rise projects is an added advantage.
