POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Project Material Planner & Coordinator is key function to manage the materials and products to support flawless execution of the projects. The Project Material Planner & Coordinator is part of the project team and keeps track on the required products and interaction with activities which are related to product validation, qualification and customer samples.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating lists of project and customer samples plan
Coordinate the sample creation at manufacturing sites
Report in project team on status and availability plan
SKILLS /COMPETENCIES
Hard Skills:
Excellent MS Office skills, mainly Excel (tracking/monitoring/tools)
Prefer Experience in Engineering and project environments
Prefer Logistics experience / Lean mindset
Prefer Knowledge on diffusion, assembly and test processes for Semiconductor devices
Fluent in spoken and written English
Soft Skills:
Customer and high quality oriented
Show initiative, take ownership and have an entrepreneurial attitude
Team player with good cooperation and information conduct
Work accurately
Excellent communication skills
Stress resistant and flexible
Independence / decision-making ability
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in (Business Administration/Logistics/Manufacturing)
Lean experience preferred
