1. Plan, schedule and optimize transportation routes to ensure efficient movement of goods.
2. Coordinate and schedule tasks for transport drivers and transport attendants, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to safety protocols. E.g. Liaising with sales and marketing team for loading arrangement
3. · Handle urgent and unexpected situations such as the need to reschedule truck, driver or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent on time delivery.
4. Report truck delays/issues to appropriate departments.
5. Cost control of overall transport expenses via trip effectiveness planning and execution
6. Oversee the transport maintenance and repair, periodical renewal of road tax, licensing and upkeep to ensure uninterruptable delivery;
