Pharmacist
Johor Bahru (Johor) - Taman Tampoi Indah, Bandar Baru Uda, Adda Heights, Masai
Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer experience to customers at all times.
- Provide excellent pharmaceutical services, patient medication counselling on drugs & healthcare advice to customers
- Responsible for controlling and dispensing of medicines and health care products including drugs ordering, recording & documentations of inventory management to ensure products are available on a timely basis
- To supervise the pharmacy staff & maintain staff competence by providing healthcare, medical & daily operation training to team members.
- Working with relevant departments to ensure excellent operational standards and effective training, mentoring and career development for the team members
- Lead outlet as a team to achieve turnover target and overall store performances.
- Independent & aggressive team leader in maintaining customer experience standard, driving sales, managing daily retail operations and staff management.
- Actively involved in overall outlet operation, training, marketing & inventory management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy & Malaysian Registered Pharmacist
- Enjoy working in retail environment and meeting people.
- Keen in working in a community based set up
- Candidate with experience in retail industry would hold an advantage
- Self motivated with positive attitude.
- Strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills.
