Personal Assistant to MD

We are looking for anorganized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Managing Director in his day-to-day operations, scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks. The PA will serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the MD.
• Other tasks as required by the MD.

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 2 years experience as a personal or executive assistant.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiar with design software such as Canva
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Tactful and diplomatic, with strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Professional secretary or Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant qualification
• Fresh graduates with interest in pursuing a career as a PA are also encouraged to apply

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
