What You’ll Do
- Own and execute high-performance Google and Meta ad campaigns (with a focus on conversions, app campaigns, and ROAS).
- Design and implement full-funnel paid search strategies, aligned to business goals across APAC markets.
- Partner with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate ad creatives based on performance insights.
- Build a structured experiment roadmap, run A/B tests, and push innovation across targeting, formats, and bidding.
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Funnel.io (or similar) to analyze performance and drive actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer journeys and tracking.
- Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends to continuously evolve our approach.
What You’ll Need For This Role
- 5+ years of experience running performance-driven paid search campaigns, especially on Google (with a minimum of 2 years in-house / client side).
- Strong analytical mindset fluent in campaign analysis, attribution, and incrementality concepts.
- Proficient in Excel/Sheets, with bonus points for SQL, Looker, or other BI tools.
- Experience working with creative teams and translating data into clear creative feedback.
- Exceptional attention to detail, paired with strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Comfortable in ambiguity; you’re proactive, resourceful, and make things happen without waiting to be told.
- Clear understanding of conversion metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, etc.
- Passion for testing, learning, and driving performance through structured experimentation.
- Able to manage budgets effectively and forecast spend vs outcomes confidently.
