Marketing Management
- Assist and involve in all marketing campaigns for the company or department.
- Planning and coordinating promotional activities, exhibitions, and events to enhance and promote business, product, or service.
- Liaising with cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support to ensure consistent brand visibility.
- To coordinate in create content and messages to further enhance company products through email, web, and more and design creative products.
- Collaborate with association and advertising agencies.
- Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns.
- Monitor current campaigns, ensuring the staff meets deadlines and completes necessary tasks.
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
- Monitor SEO performance throughout the company website.
- Manage and upkeep the CRM database for better mail marketing campaigns.
Support
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.
- Work with partners, distributors, and principals for collaboration on events, webinars and mail campaigns.
- Handle calls and email requests and online forms from multiple leads requests.
General
- To perform other duties at the discretion of superior and/ or management.
REQUIREMENT
- Possesses Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing role.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (eg: Google Analytics, SEO, CRM tools, social media) is increasingly important.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills are needed for building relationships and collaborating effectively with others.
- Willing to travel across Malaysia and overseas if needed.
- Proficiency in using marketing software, social media platforms, and other relevant technologies is expected.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
