Responsibilities:
- Plan and run paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.
- Customize ad strategies based on the business vertical (e.g., restaurant promotions, event registrations, wellness packages, course sign-ups).
- Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels for each target audience.
- Run A/B tests to improve CTR, CVR, ROAS, and lower CPA.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable reports for stakeholders.
- Manage budgets efficiently across multiple brands or business units.
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and industry benchmarks.
- Work with internal teams (design, sales, product, and content) to align messaging and promotions.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with paid ads and performance marketing.
- Proven track record managing campaigns with clear ROI targets.
- Strong skills in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
- Ability to adapt strategies for different customer personas and industries.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Solid understanding of customer journeys, landing page optimization, and lead generation. Preferred Qualification:
- Experience marketing for service-based businesses. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Kommo etc.
- Basic understanding of SEO and email nurturing funnels. Experience with retargeting and dynamic ad setups.
