Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-platform social media strategies to grow and engage audiences.
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) to maximize ROI.
- Conduct SEO analysis and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Analyze advertising metrics and present reports with actionable improvements.
- Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, gaming, and advertising technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Create compelling campaigns that resonate with gaming audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
- At least 3 years of proven experience in social media management, paid ads, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Experience in the gaming industry or a deep understanding of gaming audiences is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with additional marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.
- A proactive, results-driven, and innovative mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
