What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Executive who’s excited to learn, grow, and take part in running and optimizing performance marketing campaigns. You’ll support ongoing digital lead generation initiatives and get hands-on experience with paid ads, landing pages, automation tools, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions) and support continuous optimization.
- Help build, test, and update landing pages and simple sales funnels to improve user experience and conversions.
- Create or edit visual assets for campaigns (e.g., images, short videos, banners) with support from design tools or AI tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
- Set up basic marketing automation workflows (email/WhatsApp follow-ups) using tools like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign.
- Support campaign reporting and analysis using simple dashboards and performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to make sure efforts are aligned with company goals.
- Be open to learning and contributing new ideas in a fast-paced, startup team environment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with strong initiative, creative energy, and a hunger to grow in digital marketing.
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing
- Basic experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads)
- Familiar with landing page builders (e.g., Webflow, Unbounce, or similar)
- Comfortable with simple design tools like Canva, and open to using AI to create content
- Hands-on experience with basic CRM/automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
- Analytical mindset with curiosity to test, learn, and improve
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment
