Join our tech retail team as a Sales Representative specializing in laptops, custom PCs, and cutting-edge gadgets. We're looking for tech-savvy professionals who can match customers with perfect solutions while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of laptops, custom-built PCs, gaming rigs, and tech accessories
- Conduct thorough needs assessment to ensure customers purchase optimal products
- Provide expert technical consultation on specifications, compatibility, and upgrades
- Process Aeon/JCL installment plans and financing options for customers
- Maintain detailed customer contact database for follow-up and support
- Deliver outstanding customer service from initial inquiry through post-sale support
- Bonus opportunity: Create live streams or video content showcasing products (additional compensation)
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, laptops, and tech gadgets
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in electronics/tech
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with installment payment systems (Aeon/JCL preferred)
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Goal-oriented with strong closing skills
Preferred:
- Gaming or custom PC building experience
- Social media/video creation skills for live demonstrations
- Technical certifications or IT background
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
