This role offers an excellent opportunity to build upon your Singapore payroll expertise and experience. You will form part of a team providing outsourcing services and to work with a team of professionals to support Mazars in Singapore. This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of your Senior/Manager, develop your understanding of the Singapore payroll structure and components.
- Prepare and support payroll processing and recording of client’s payroll, which includes but not limited to monthly payroll reports, social security administration, statutory filing, year-end income tax returns.
- Participate in daily data entry and any other related payroll processing procedures.
- Preparing of monthly payroll reports.
- Manage timesheets and leave modules.
- Establish and maintain good client relationships with your portfolio of clients.
- Work with other Mazars teams, domestic and international, to meet client’s needs.
- Involve in any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or business-related subject
- Experienced in managing large volume transactions (>500 headcounts)
- Preferable exposure to the retail industry
- Good command of the English Language
- Team player with strong interpersonal and client servicing skills
- Has excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines
- Able to pay attention to detail and highly meticulous
- Able to deal with confidential materials
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel and collaboration tools, i.e. MS Teams
