Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of payroll processing activities including wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, claims, deductions, advance payments, etc.
- Maintain and update payroll system for employee movements (new hires, promotions, increments, transfers, resignations, allowances, deductions, etc.).
- Verify timesheets and liaise with internal teams and external parties for accuracy.
- Manage end-to-end billing processing in line with pay listings and prepare billing details for clients.
- Maintain proper filing of employee and payroll documents on a daily basis.
- Attend to payroll and billing-related inquiries.
- Perform any other duties or assignments as required by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
