Job Description:
- Manage inventory control and storage activities, including service parts ordering, stock planning, and replenishment.
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes; investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports as required by management.
- Oversee the receiving, checking, and proper storage of incoming parts.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all inventory records.
- Process daily parts orders efficiently to support workshop operations.
- Maintain a well-organized documentation and filing system for all parts-related records.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping of the parts storage area at all times.
- Provide timely updates to Service Advisors regarding the arrival and availability of ordered parts.
Job Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification: SPM or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in handling automotive parts or working as a Parts Controller is preferred.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate with proficiency in office and inventory management applications.
- High level of integrity and responsibility in managing inventory and stock.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work at Semenyih/Beranang.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
