Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Part-Time Promoter to represent our brand at Isetan KLCC. The promoter will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and approach customers in a polite and engaging manner
- Promote and explain product features, pricing, and promotions
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
- Ensure product display and area are clean, neat, and well-stocked
- Handle basic customer inquiries or direct them to the supervisor
- Assist with stock replenishment and simple stock counts
- Support in achieving sales targets during the promotional period
- Provide daily feedback/report to supervisor or team lead
Requirements:
- Friendly, presentable, and confident in speaking to customers
- Punctual and responsible with a good work attitude
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
- Prior retail or promoter experience is an advantage (but not required)
- Able to stand for long hours (work for 2 weeks straight)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per week
Expected hours: 63 per week
