Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Marketing & HR/Admin Assistant to support our daily operations, promote our brand, and assist with human resource and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, organized, and passionate about education and people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu/XHS, etc.)
- Design and schedule engaging content including service promotions, student success stories, and educational tips based on direction from the Sales Manager
- Monitor and respond to messages/comments on social platforms
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager on content creation and marketing ideas
HR & Admin
- Assist in tutor recruitment processes (e.g., posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain and update tutor databases
- Handle general administrative tasks such as preparing advance payment bills
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the Sales & HR Manager to support smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, HR, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in both English & Mandarin (written and spoken) – this is a mandatory requirement
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools, especially Canva and basic video editing tools
- Highly organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a remote work environment
- Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude
