Job Requirements:
- Able to work independently and sense of urgency with minimum supervision.
- Fluent Mandarin (spoken and/ written skills).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- The position requires working alternate Saturdays to ensure business operations continue smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales order processing function from quotation, sales order, delivery order and invoicing.
- Follow Up with customer on outstanding payment and reminders.
- Independent able to liaise with government authorities such as DOSH, PUSPAKOM &, etc.
- To Key in daily transaction on account receivable.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Data entry into our internal control system.
- Assist in packing stock for daily orders.
- Arrange for courier services whenever necessary.
- Handling incoming Calls, emails, and walk-in guests.
- Perform general administrative such as filing, controlling, recording, and maintaining of documents.
- Able to work independently and sense of urgency with minimum supervision.
- To carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Superior from time to time
