About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Assistant Outlet Manager to support the Outlet Manager in daily operations at our AEON Kota Bharu outlet. You’ll help ensure smooth store performance, excellent customer service, and team motivation while driving towards sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Support in preparing sales reports and implementing company policies.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Management, or related field is an advantage.
