- Ensure smooth running in the day to day outlet operations in compliance to company policies, procedures and standards
- Evaluate existing retail operation policy and standards, formulate relevant policy and standard to improve operational efficiency.
- Control and monitor retail manpower planning, ensure human resources are wisely allocated and utilized in an effective manner.
- Responsible for all aspect of the retail operations in the outlet, which includes staff management, stocks and inventory management.
- Maintain the outlet of staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
- To ensure proper standard of services & customer satisfaction
- To plan working schedule for entire outlet to ensure smooth operation.

- Estimate stock, order stock and ensure stocks are sufficient and accurate at opening and closing
- Ensure accurate cash declaration and on-time bank-in of cash sales outlet
- Able to handle customer complaints and come out with solution
- Other ad-hoc duties given by management.
