JOB ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our indoor theme park outlet. This role combines leadership, administration, and operational excellence to ensure a seamless guest experience and efficient outlet management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the total performance of the outlet by maintaining communication between the branch / outlet and management in terms of preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity.
- Facilitate the growth of the branch through continuous improvements in accordance with the company’s vision and policy.
- Develop forecast, financial objectives and prospective sales opportunities.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and at the same time comply with all the laws and legislations.
- Maintains control over audit procedures to ensure compliance is strictly followed.
- Ensure all queries from customers are answered to satisfy their needs and expectations of using the facilities.
- Manage budget and allocate funds accordingly
JOB DUTIES
- Accountable for day-to-day operations of the outlet and assisting the Operations Manager with managerial and administrative functions.
- To review all internal and external matters of the branch and formulates recommendations and provides feedback to management regarding operational policies and procedures.
- Be able to perform sales independently and bring in sales through organizing of birthday parties and functions.
- Monitors quality of service for customers and ensures that employees are maximizing opportunities in performing sales for our brand and products.
- Provides training to staff in regard to operations and policies.
- Able to schedule, supervise, and motivate staff in an effort to maintain optimal member service satisfaction levels.
- Assists in the interviewing, hiring and training of new staff and service team members.
- Able to maintain good communication between staff by providing support, guidance, and training.
- To perform any other job functions required by the management.
Knowledge & Skills
- Minimum a Diploma / Degree holder, in early childhood education/hospitality/theme park management or related is a plus;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong organizational motivational skills;
- Must possess leadership and supervisory skills;
- Good attitude and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage multi-functional tasks.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,100.00 per month
