Responsible for ensuring a fun, safe, and memorable experience for children and families. Your role includes customer service, attraction operation, safety supervision, and maintaining cleanliness in the theme park.
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, provide assistance, and ensure an enjoyable experience
- Safety Supervision: Monitor kids’ activities, enforce park rules, and ensure all safety guidelines are followed.
- Ride & Attraction Operation: Assist with rides, inflatables, and play areas, ensuring proper usage and smooth operation.
- Event Assistance: Support birthday parties, special events, and group bookings by organizing activities and managing guest flow.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in play areas, sanitize equipment, and report any maintenance issues.
- Cashiering & Ticketing (if required): Manage ticket sales, handle payments, and provide guests with information on packages and promotions.
- Crowd Control: Ensure a smooth flow of guests in different areas and manage queues effectively.
- Lost & Found: Assist parents in locating lost children or belongings.
- Any other ad-hoc requirements.

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
