Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of working experience as retail manager or any relevant experiences preferred.
- Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Retail Management or related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Good understanding of sales techniques, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are important for interacting with staff, customers, and higher-level management.
- The ability to identify and address operational challenges and make decisions that benefit the store and its customers
- Discipline, energetic, positive and responsible attitude.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly desirable.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays. (6 days per week)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Drive and monitor overall store performance to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
2. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency in inventory management, manpower planning, and product quality control.
3. Foster a customer-centric culture by leading the team to deliver outstanding service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Analyse store performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results in alignment with company objectives.
5. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store staff to build a high-performing and motivated team.
6. Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently to enhance the customer experience.
8. Ensure adherence to safety, security, and operational procedures at all times.
9. Collaborate with upper management and other departments to execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and business strategies effectively.
10. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, staffing, and other operational matters.
