About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Outlet Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our AEON Kota Bharu outlet. You’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering excellent customer service, and leading a motivated retail team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily outlet operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales and service goals.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and merchandising displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare sales reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Management, or related field.
