Order Processing & Follow-up
- Receive and review orders from sales or customers (quantity, specifications, delivery date, price, etc.)
- Coordinate with production and purchasing departments for materials and production scheduling
- Monitor production progress to ensure on-time completion
Customer Communication
- Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates and responding to inquiries
- Handle order amendments, urgent requests, or complaints
- Confirm details such as delivery dates, packaging methods, and shipping arrangements
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and verify contracts, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping documents
- Maintain and update order records, production schedules, and inventory reports
- Assist with import/export customs documentation (for export merchandisers)
ERP System Management
- Enter, update, and track orders, production schedules, and inventory data in the ERP system
- Ensure all ERP records are accurate, up to date, and aligned with actual operations
- Generate ERP reports to support decision-making and workflow monitoring
Quality Control & Inspection
- Arrange mid-production and pre-shipment inspections with internal QC or third-party inspectors
- Address and resolve any quality issues in coordination with relevant departments
Logistics & Delivery
- Oversee packaging, container loading, and transportation arrangements
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, and warehouse teams
- Track shipments and update customers on delivery status
Other Duties
- Assist superiors in handling urgent or special orders
- Facilitate communication between different departments
- Gather customer feedback and market information

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
