We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. If you have solid experience in Revit MEP and a passion for precision in digital construction, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update BIM models (Architecture, Structure, and M&E) using Revit
- Perform clash detection and resolve design discrepancies using Navisworks
- Support coordination meetings with clients and internal teams
- Assist in compiling project documentation, including training manuals and model handovers
- Ensure all drawings meet project specifications, timelines, and quality benchmarks
- Maintain and organize the BIM library in line with company protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Revit MEP in live project environments
- Strong proficiency in BIM workflows, Navisworks clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with project lifecycle and construction documentation standards
Contract Duration:
6 months (with potential for extension based on project needs)
