Responsibility:
- Reordering and Inventory: Responsible for monitoring and forecasting inventory needs, supporting procurement activities, and ensuring timely reordering based on stock levels and consumption trends. Coordinates with internal departments and suppliers, manages purchase orders, maintains accurate procurement records, and assists in sourcing and evaluating vendors to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- General Marketing Support: Provides support in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotions. Assists in content creation, including video editing and social media materials, while supporting digital marketing activities such as email campaigns and website updates. Also helps organize marketing events and ensures brand consistency across all platforms.
- General Operations Support: Responsible for maintaining accurate records of purchases, inventory, and deliveries, while supporting procurement, logistics, and administrative functions. Coordinates with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations, including scheduling, invoicing, and reporting. Assists with piano tuning services, customer coordination, and payment collection. Supports data management in Excel and CRM, ensures adherence to SOPs, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, including ISO 9001 quality standards.
Experience & Skill Requirement
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of reordering systems, inventory management, and vendor communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with procurement software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
