1) Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and manage job sheets, work orders, permits, reports, invoices, and other project-related documents.
- Maintain accurate records and update progress reports to management.
2) Operational Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate project schedules, crew assignments, and site activities.
- Ensure readiness of manpower, equipment, and resources for jobs onboard or offshore.
3) Cross-Department Communication:
- Liaise with technical, logistics, procurement, HR, and finance teams to ensure all project and job requirements are met.
4) Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure operations comply with company SOPs, marine port regulations, safety policies, and industry standards.
- Assist in handling audits or inspections when necessary.
5) Problem-Solving:
- Respond quickly to on-site issues, delays, or unexpected challenges.
- Coordinate solutions efficiently with relevant teams.
6) Client & Vendor Liaison:
- Communicate with external and third parties to confirm schedules and operational expectations if needed.
7) Resource Monitoring:
- Track usage of equipment, materials, and manpower for job efficiency and cost control.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of marine terms and basic technical understanding is an advantage.
- 1 year relevant work experience of office documentation is better
- Diploma in Business Admin or related
- Microsoft Office Knowledge (Excel, Word & Power Point)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
