1. Logistics
- Assist and coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations.
- Assist in inventory control, including stock checking and balancing.
- Plan and supervise delivery schedules and logistics routing for optimal efficiency.
- Support and assist in handling disciplinary matters involving operations and logistics staff.
- Liaise with drivers, and internal teams to ensure efficient flow of goods.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, stock movement, and delivery KPIs.
- Support in process improvement initiatives to optimize logistic workflows.
- Ensure HACCP, MeSTI & HALAL compliance in related area.
2. Warehouse
- Assist and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate stock control through proper inventory checking, balancing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Assist in stocktaking, audits, and investigations on discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly stock and warehouse operation reports.
- Support and assist in handling disciplinary matters involving operations and warehouse staff.
- Ensure HACCP, MeSTI & HALAL compliance in related area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
