Trucking Arrangement
- Plan and schedule the pick-up and delivery requirements of customers’ air, ocean (LCL), and trucking shipments, using hire from subcon.
- Monitor trucking arrangement to ensure no service failure , at the same time take care of truck productivity and cost of hiring
Payment Control
- Monitor and follow up on subcon’s timely return of Delivery Order and vendor invoice
- Verify subcon’s vendor invoices before submitting to Accounts PIC.
- To prepare billing invoice for Trucking&Air Import arrangement .
Operation - Others
- Handle Air Import shipment operation.
- To send out invoice to customer
- Handle enquiries discrepancies and complaints on Import Air Freight /Trucking consignments
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in any field of studies
- Computer literate
- Trucking arrangement and planning experience will be advantage added.
- Able to overtime
- Willing to work for 5.5 days per week
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
